Now if they don’t have a lease currently in effect - whatever timeline is governed by the state law on this type of agreement which is probably month to-month so a 30-days notice maybe all that is needed.

My childhood memories has us walking out the back door and across the yard to the garden. In those days you had to have a garden to make ends meet. I'll tell you this, lot easier going to Farmers Market. Mine is getting more variety daily.
