my fitbit points haven't appeared in my history for several days

My fitbit points haven't appeared in my history for several days.  I have tried refreshing many times, unpairing it from bluetooth and re-pairing, logging out and back in, and rebooting my fitbit.  The points are not showing up.

@GailR462710 Thanks for letting us know. I looked into your AARP Rewards profile and I see you started receiving those daily fitness points again today, 1/18. Has the issue resolved itself? 

 

If you're still having issues with syncing, please double-check that your device has Bluetooth on and open the Fitbit app. If it still didn’t sync, please restart your phone. You can also go to the Fitbit support pages for more help: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866.htm

 

Please let me know what points you have not been credited and I will look into it further!
