well I chatted with them over 30 minutes and got no where and told it would take up to 10 business days to find a resolution, my wife got the same hassle. so much for a quick fix.

So we as members the past couple days have only been allowed to earn non member points and having these issues is ridiculous and just renewed in July for 3 more years and so not sure how we can be a non member. This stuff needs to be fixed and really...

so we save all our winnings in gift cards or purchases in gift cards thru out the year and then come holiday time we go through them and decide who gets what. being on a fixed in come and disabled this really helps with our limited budget and aarp re...
