Points for Outspell and Codeword!

Love that these two games are being added for points according to our newsletter!

BUT

No points given today for Codeword (probably not yesterday either).  Did get points today for Outspell.

@AARPConsumerCare  Could you see that the two new games are added to the games menu under Earn, please?

And now no points for Outspell and someone on Games forum is complaining about bad scoring in Codeword.  These programmers continue to mess up.

 Outspell is working correctly for the most part, fortunately.   Still no points for Codeword.  I refresh the browser before playing just in case but that's not it.  Continued frustration.

I still see the same issue of. It getting points for Codeword . . Very disappointing!

 I play Codeword everyday.  I finally got points yesterday (Sunday Dec 22), but NO points today! I am going to watch if I get points next Sunday! ??

Follow-up to my comment:  There is NO consistency in getting the reward points for Codeword.  If the programmers are looking for any other clue to the problem, there is no better success by accessing the games through the EARN POINTS menu.

@dk4579305 @AARPConsumerCare   Yes, the issue is back.  I celebrated the day I first was rewarded the points only to have it revert back to no points the next day.  Could this issue be escalated with the techies, please?  One cannot go back and repeat it trying again and again as I used to do with Word Wipe before it was straightened out.

Tried to do this but cannot locate "My Settings"   It does not appear on any of the AARP screens.  No envelope so I imagine it's not enabled.

NO points for Codeword still.  I am very surprised Codeword was promoted in the weekly email when it still doesn't work for a lot of us.  Have played every day since it came up with points in November.  Fun and challenging game....but disappointing with points maybe one time (and on a Sunday as someone else said).  I thought perhaps someone had programmed it to once a week points but  I didn't get points this past Sunday.

Every time I got ready to spell a word on outspell the page froze and I had to restart the game about 20 times.  More progress from maintenance.

No reward points for Codeword have been given since they added several days ago. Can't reach anyone thru chat.

@AARPConsumerCare   The issue needs to be corrected. It is not one individual who needs to call.  I imagine the game programmers are not happy with the mess that the Rewards people have created.  They need to fix it for all.

i have tried thru Chat everyday for the last 3 days and everytime it says check back during our hours which I have tried over 3 times and each time it tells me to try during our hours. So what exactly are your hours. OR another option is take Codeword off until fixed.

Still no points for Codeword.   Have played it every day since the email came with the announcement.   Also problem with Throwback Thursday puzzle.   It should be 300 points per puzzle not one per week.  It only allowed me to play for points on Sunday.  When I did it didn't give points, saying it was an old puzzle.   Locked out, then rejected and that puzzle takes a lot of time and concentration.
