No point in earning when you can't reedem your points. Why is this issue still going on for so many and not being addressed other than to say someone will contact you in 5 days, and then no one does. Been doing the rewards program since the beginning never had a problem for this long. Very frustrating. Will give up my membership if I am unable to do the rewards program.
