The website is a mess - I hope you have a plan to sue the vendor and get it working again!

 I like your Wordwipe game. Too bad - you can't access it on Apple or on Windows.

 

I wanted to buy a gift card - it took forever, and I had to log on at least 10 times.

 

Whoever you hired to "improve" your website did you wrong. If this is the way it is going to be, can I get a refund of my dues? I cannot recommend the AARP experience at this point.

I've never seen such a poorly constructed website. For an organization as wealthy as aarp, it's a shame.  I just wasted an hour trying to log in.

 If I had not made the mistake of succumbing to their request for 10 year subscriptions, I would be gone. It just gets worse and worse and worse. And every effort I have made to address this has been met with complete disinterest.

I just spent 5 minutes on a quiz to get points, only to be told, sorry, technical difficulties, try again later. No way to print out recipes at all. The only valuable content is Denise Austin workout videos. I made my living as a UX designer and this site is horrible.

Totally agree with you! The word wipe game has stopped working/loading. I tried other games thinking it was only that game and no luck! Very, very frustrating!

I totally agree! I actually keep my membership because I like to play the games. But I can't even do that now, so what is the benefit? What happened??

I am with you 100%. I started using aarp for information, their bias left me cold. I stayed for games, even foolishly doing their 10 year subscription. If I am still alive when that is up, I will NOT be resubscribing.

Hardly any of the games can be accessed at this point. I'm also very unhappy that I pay money to AARP and this website is TERRIBLE.

I was able to access arkadium directly to play games.  A little different than aarp site but the same games for free just more ads or different ways to earn.  of course no points if you are playing those games once a day

Oh believe me, I've tried ALL of that. Nothing works. I also DID speak to a representative on chat, and she said that you were aware of the site being "under maintenance" and that she was sorry for the inconvenience.
