Any idea on when the "newest" maintenance will be done for the rewards? I've encountered this issue 6 different times over the last two weeks. Trying to buy gift cards and nothing.

It seems like it will be working well (actually for quite a while) and then "maintenance" makes everything go to hell for a couple months

No, the Rewards site is NOT working again! I am unable to redeem my points since 1AM. My husband was NOT able to redeem his points for 3 long weeks (Oct 29 - Nov 22, 2024).

I realize this is all free and I appreciate what I get so really feel bad about complaining--But--this website really does suck. I've said it before--get rid of the boomers (I can say that because I am one) and hire some Zoomers to fix it

My rewards window has never loaded since day one....I can see my points on my main page but when i go to try and redeem....all it does is spin as if it is loading 😞

I think it is still down as of Monday 8 Sept. I wonder if it has been subject to a hack? I do not have any specific reason to think so other than the fact that it has been down for about 1 week now
