Rewards Extra Credit - a video in the "Sleep Your Way to a Better You" list is NOT working

Hi its the video  " Ease Your Pain with Better Sleep"    it shows that I have viewed it but it does NOT show in my transaction list.. Instead it lists a video about pickleball.  I have watched ALL the pickleball videos thinking there is a crossover tech problem but still I cannot redeem for a CVS gift card. Its that last video... no matter how many times I watch it  it doesnt register in the account  and so I havent been able to meet all the requirements of that Extra Credit list "Sleep Your Way to a Better You"    Thank you for reading

    Yup, yet another frustrating AARP tech glitch.  They truly do not care about us.  What a waste of time Rewards has become.

      I'm still having the same problem.  The video shows as completed when I go to it, but it doesn't show completed on the page with the four activities.  So I still can't get the CVS gift card.  I spend a half hour on the phone this morning with a couple of reps; all they could do was escalate it.  I'm sure that by the time I hear back (the usual 5-10 days, they said), all the CVS cards will be gone and this will have been yet another huge waste of my time.

        Well I spent almost an hour on hold to talk to somebody.  And guess what.  Their response is they have not heard of any problems with the Extra Credit.  Right, that is why I had to be on hold for almost an hour.  I guess people were calling to say how wonderful things are working (ha-ha).  

         

        I get the log out and clear cache response.  When that doesn't work, he had me look-up the CVS card and tell me what it says.  When I go through all that, he then tells me he will send this up to the higher team who will get back to me in 5 to 10 business days.  Right, that is going to work with the Extra Credit redemption.  By that time everything will be gone.

          The only consolation is that until this issue is fixed, no one can get the extra credit Barnes & Noble and CVS gift cards, so they won't sell out. The other extra credit lessons look like they are working, since the Burger King and Domino's gift cards are already sold out, but the DSW and Applebee's gift cards are still available.

            That is true.  Until they fix it no one can redeem.  The only problem with that is you will need to be checking several times a day for up to 2 weeks.  I am not always going to be able to do that.  It will be just like trying to somehow get 1 of the cards they make available at random times.  I usually find it after it is sold out.  Way too much work for a $5 card.  Especially their treatment of us - the users.

              it is fixed now

              i played the video again and it didn’t say you already received points, I was then able to redeem for gift card
