What I was told a yr. or so ago was to go to all Rewards, scroll down until you get almost to where all the ecards, etc. start and you'll see on the left side of the page the words Filter By: which you tap on and three columns appear.  Go to the middle one which is Redemption Type and go to the small circle in front of Points and hit on that then hit Apply, and then scroll down until you come to the only THREE  Instant Wins that I've found.  It's quite aways down the page.  Whenever I do this and finish I go back to Filter By and hit the X next to it.
