Missing GIFT CARDS

I purchased 2 gift cards yesterday, one for Papa Johns and the other for LL Bean... And I have received NOTHING from AARP. Today their Rewards site is down for "maintenance". Is this the best they can do?

        The daye says January 20, 2025 that’s past the date. I cashed in also for 2 gift cards and did not get them in my email either.

          I also cashed my points For a Starbucks & Home depot and i did not receive them.

              I purchased 5 cards in June and haven't received anything.
