How Can I Make the Most Out of an Online Compass Using My Device's GPS Location?

Hello everyone! I recently started using an online compass that works with my device’s GPS location, and I’d love to hear others' thoughts or suggestions on how to make the most out of it.

This online compass is a tool, not an app, and it’s accessible directly through my browser, which I find really convenient. The best part is that it uses my device’s GPS to provide directions and orient me, which is especially useful when I’m exploring new places or navigating unfamiliar areas. I find it to be quite accurate when I'm outdoors, but I’ve had some issues with it inside or in places with poor GPS reception. The compass can become a bit less reliable when the signal is weak, which I find a little frustrating.

One thing I’ve noticed is that it’s just a basic compass and doesn't provide much more than directional information. Sometimes, I wish it could offer more visual guidance, especially in busy areas where I might need a bit more context to figure out where I’m headed. The GPS works well, but a more comprehensive map or additional features would be helpful, in my opinion.

I’m also curious to know if anyone else has used something similar. Specifically, how do you deal with situations where the GPS signal isn’t great? Is there anything I can do to improve the accuracy or usability of the compass in those scenarios? Another thought I had was how the tool might work better on different devices. It seems to display differently depending on whether I’m using my phone or laptop, so I wonder if there’s a way to make it more consistent across devices.

Lastly, I’ve been really intrigued by the simplicity of a Web Compass. It’s so convenient to just go online, type in a URL, and get the basic direction I need without worrying about downloading an app or taking up storage on my device. However, if anyone has ideas for ways to make this tool even more efficient, I’d love to hear them!

Thanks in advance for your thoughts!
