Benefits & Discounts - Mai Tai BOGO Coupon Not Honored - New Management

We printed the Mai Tai (Westmont, IL) discount coupon offering a BOGO entree, enjoyed dinner an hour later and when settling up, were informed that the AARP/Entertainment coupons were not being honored as the restaurant was under new management.  It was an unexpected surprise.  That coupon should be pulled off the AARP site.  Management acknowledged that other patrons had asked to redeem the same coupon.  I attempted to report it to AARP under scams and fraud, but apparently this forum is the only platform to make this known. Going forward, we will be inquiring about coupon validity BEFORE placing our orders.

Did you call AARP @CarolD329115 ?  
It’s not a scam or fraud if the business is under new mgmt.  Happens a lot with the local businesses and coupons section.  Places go bust, or change hands, and someone needs to let AARP know these things.  Use the Contact Us page and call AARP.  Otherwise, if a moderator pops in to see your post is the only other way.
