BUDGET CAR RENTAL HORRIFIC TREATMENT

I don't know if AARP can help me but at least I can get my experience with Budget car rental out to AARP members. I used the AARP discount to rent a car from Budget in Asheville NC. One of their employees made a mistake when I returned the car and it got registered as being returned to a different airport. This quadrupled my charges. The manager at the budget Car rental agency admitted their employee made a mistake and in fact had done it three additional times that morning. I have made 10 phone calls and sent 10 emails with multiple documents in an attempt to have a refund of all the excessive charges. The manager admitted they made a mistake and she would correct the rental but somehow, she wasn't able to issue the refund. The customer service department at Budget has been horrible and to date they Haven't issued my refund. I would highly recommend AARP members avoid Budget and I would hope that AARP reevaluate its association with such a poor performing company.
