AARP Extra Credit not working

AARP Extra Credit rewards are not working. I've done the videos and quizzes for each category. I'm still not able to redeem anything.

How come this happens every month?

PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!

I'm having the exact same issue. I'm not sure why this happens every month. The extra credit offers exercizes take multiple times to get recognized. Then afterward I can never redeem for the rewards. It just redirects me to the screen to do the same tasks even though they are complete.

Why does this happen every month?

I still can't get the Social Security activity to register for me. Keeps saying I have already completed two of the tasks, which I have multiple times this morning, but they still show as incomplete for Extra Credit. So frustrating.

tmbrg2 You can enable private messaging after logging in by clicking on My Settings in the top right corner of the community. Then, select the Preferences Tab, then the Private Messenger tab. Finally, check the box labeled Turn On Private Messages, then save. If you're still having trouble, you can click this link for other ways to get in touch with us. - https://aarp.info/3epCObA - Christy C.

I still can't find a way to turn on private messages. The Private Messenger tab just doesn't exist for me. Someone really should upload a video showing how this is supposed to work because some of us just don't have a Private Messenger tab to activate. Anything I select in the upper right takes me out of community.aarp.org and back to the regular warp.org news, etc. page. Thanks in advance for your help. Many of us could benefit from a how-to video on this.

Strange, but true: I don't have a Private Messenger tab under Settings/Preferences and on the right when I click on Check Private Messages (or something like that), it says I don't have authority to access that. Thanks for trying to help. I'll continue to explore....
