Spousal benefits and repeal of GPO

SSA.gov- Social Security Fairness Act: Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) and Government Pension Offset (GPO) update 

1. Will my spousal benefits be one half of her current SS benefits?

ANSWER:   At the most - that is what spousal benefits are at FRA 50% of the primary’s benefit.  Reduction applies if the spouse is less than FRA.

2.  If she were to die tomorrow, would my survivor benefit be equal to her full current benefit?

YES

3.  Where can I find her PIA?  I can't find it in her mySocialSecurity account or in the letters Social Security sends.

Since she is already receiving benefits then you will have to rely on the PIA that she is now receiving.  Take her benefit divide by 12 and that should be her current PIA.
