I was stolen from by two sets of children when their parent passed away, one of whom was my partner, and one whom I lived with for four years while caregiving for them both, before he died, things in my name, things I personally owned, and immediately had an eviction notice so they could sell the mobile home... leaving me homeless since November of last year.  Service dog keeping me from attaining shared room therapy situations.  I am 56 years old.  Physical/mental/trauma issues, all.  

Denied help, forced to the streets, where are my legal protections?

Social Security only considers my disability from the week *after* my husband died, when I had applied for the 4th or 5th time... does not acknowledge the seriousness of my declining conditions, which are painful and complicated... mild signs in childhood of Agent Orange-related birth defects definitely has led to these declining conditions.  They say, "Bipolar."  Whatever.  What about traumatized repeatedly and constantly under conditions most people don't have to deal with?  Yet resilient, strong, have faith, but need lots of legal help.  

Scams, IRS, Bitcoin account?  Identity theft by multiple people, I believe.  My ID just got stolen/lost again.  Credit accounts I didn't use.  Hacked accounts.  Manipulations.  Rerouted and stolen mail.  Stolen home.  Stolen car.  Lost lives of people I cared for, put up with, and took the best care I could do under other extenuating circumstances (false charges, escaping violence, no help, lost SSI, overwhelmed by needs and details) have cost me everything.
