 I'm trying to find out how people who have used Trust&Will to set up a Trust like it.  Would you recommend it?  Any downsides?  Anything you would do differently?

     I'm gathering information to see if I should use it myself.

      Be careful doing your own will or trust. If the wording isn't exactly correct it can cause headaches for heirs. It isn't all that much to have it set up by an attorney and then you will know that it is all correct. It may be the best money you ever spend.
