For me it is tea!

An authentic Irish coffee is made by combining 4 oz of hot, strong coffee, 1–1.5 oz of Irish whiskey, and 1-2 teaspoons of brown sugar in a preheated glass, topped with lightly whipped heavy cream. The key is to float the cold cream on top of the hot coffee without stirring,
