    Currently listening to the newest Zac Brown Band CD. If you have never heard this group check them out. they are country but more southern rock country.

      Listened to some Carpenters today.  Happy Birthday Karen.  Pop music gets kicked around some by the Rock world, but great Pop is great music and great memories.  Karen sang great Pop while fighting the demons that took her from us.  May she rest in peace.

      It is hard to put music into these genre boxes because they spill out all over.. there is lots of good "pop"  and I have found that most of us like pretty much some of all kinds of music,, including country, big band metal etc etc..  When I originally named this group rock n roll  I could easily have added and everything else  : )

      Anyway Karen's story was very sad.  she was a lovely singer.

      The Bird and The Bee are a duet that has recently gone into a new project called "Interpreting the Masters". Volume 1, from last year is a salute to Darryl Hall & John Oates...nice to hear a fresh spin here on "Maneater"
