I just have to put in my own entry (instead of other's songs).

Here's a poem I just wrote not more than 1/2 hour ago:

          Growing Pains

Despite all the prommises that've been told,
When it comes to growing, you're never too old.
  And despite complaints about Peter Pan,
  Who really knows when one becomes a man?
You might have mastered yesterday's event.
But, today is new and not yet spent.
  Progress happens, and you gotta keep up.
  Yesterday's gone, and you gotta refill your cup.
To have a future, you gotta make a deposit.
And Emmenem ain't the only one cleaning out his closet.
  You might think I'm wrong, and just being rude,
  But, how can I vent, without this attitude?
Stuff happens, and I won't deny it.
So before I swallow, I'm gonna fry it.
  I've got a good reservation booked.
  And some wild goose is gonna get cooked.
So whatever happens today or tommorrow,
It'll be paid for, and won't be borrowed.
