GREAT COVERS OF YOUR FAVORITE SONGS

For many an original song that they love cannot and will not ever be duplicated by a cover, but there are many songs that have been done equally (debatebly) well by others..

So do you have favorites?

What are your favorite covers of favorite songs?

A Fleetwood Mac cover

The Chain - Toothgrinder

It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice.

It was really fine until the Judas Priest version of the chorus.

OK, not great. Lacks finesse.

I was listening to Covers on Spotify this evening and I thought to myself, "Covers ... That'd be a good topic for the RnR forum!" But before I re-invethed the wheel, I searched and saw that the topic had already been created. It just isn't as active as some of the other ones, I guess. Anyway, here's a link to a playlist on Spotify of 70 songs (63 of them awesome, IMHO!) that you may enjoy too. Rock Covers from Spotify (CLICK THE BLUE) Playlist

Also, you don't need to be a member, you can listen for free. I do have a paid subscription though and that allows me to listen commercial free. I also have $10 less per month because of it but to me, it's worth it. 😊 If you're not familiar with Spotify, you might be pleasantly surprised at what you'll find there. Music, podcasts, even audiobooks. Have a look!
