Jerry Allison, the drummer for Buddy Holly & the Crickets has died. He was 82.

Lamont Dozier died Monday at 81. He was part of the song writing team of 

Holland-Dozier-Holland who wrote dozens of hits for Motown records.

Olivia Newton-John died today at 73 from cancer.

Judith Durham, lead singer for the Seekers, died Friday from a long lung disease.

She was 79.
