Renewal hangs at Processing... Please wait...

I have tried 6 times over 3 different web browser to renew through a 2-year offer sent to me. Every time, after putting in the required info, I click submit, and a small window pops up with "Processing... Please wait..."   So I wait. And wait. And wait. 10 minutes later I give up.

I guess AARP isn't actually interested in renewing memberships?
