I regret renewing my membership. I’ve been a member since 1992 and have enjoyed the “Learn and Earn” activities until recently. Here lately, some of the activities are sporadically not awarding the points for completion. When I reached out for assistance, I was told it had to be something I DID that caused the issue. I’ve been completing these activities for YEARS now when an issue arises, it’s MY FAULT??? How about fixing the bugs in the system and stop blaming me for your system’s technical failures? It will surprises me if my posts is approved...
