Not receiving electronic magazine or bulletin

To whom it May concern,, 

 

The last addition of the magazine and bulletin that I have received electronically was in late November. Why? 

 

Also I'm concerned that I'm not able to communicate via email an issue like this. I don't have time to chat during business hours or making calls.
