membership card wrong

The name you have on the temporary membership card you sent me recently is wrong.  It is impossible to reach AARP by phone.  How

do I get it fixed?

     Please send booklet with, of , benefits discounts & anything I can use card for, I have not utilized it because of not sure when & were it is helpful , Please Help W/ This !
