I just joined. How does my partner get his benefits now?

I just joined through the 5-year, $11/year special offer. One of the benefits is that my partner gets a membership too. How does that work? How can he get his membership card and benefits.

    Been a real long time since I enrolled but I think they ask my wife's name when I signed up. She got her card in the mail when I got mine.
