Digital Membership

II want to switch to receiving the AARP Magazine and Bulletin digitally. But I want to continue to receive a plastic membership card, not a digital card. How can this be accomplished? It appears that AARP is not giving me that choice.

      I appreciate your interest in our digital membership, @dmfaia. We can certainly see about ordering a membership card by mail for you. While you wait for your card, you can access it on the AARP Now app, online, or you can print it out. If you would like to switch to a digital membership, please send me a DM with your full name and mailing address and, I’ll be happy to take care of this for you. - Daniela R.

      Thanks for the prompt reply. However, under My Settings → Preferences, there is no tab for Private Messenger, so I'm not able to turn on private messages.
