Where do I go to change my preferences so I can receive the printed magazine instead of the digital?

    No Answer to this and it seems like a very basic question.

    I too am trying to find the answer and have spent 15

    minutes on it so far. Shouldn't be so difficult, or difficult

    at all.  Giving up . . . . . .
