Amazon’s Prime Video offers a wide array of programming these days, and February’s offerings run the gamut. There’s a new comedy series from Norman Lear, who died in 2023 at age 101, as well as third season of the gritty mystery series Reacher, starring Alan Ritchson as bestseller Lee Child’s bruiser of an ex-military cop. And church-going audiences will want to seek out a new series exploring the rise of the biblical hero David, who famously danced before the Ark of Covenant and charted an unlikely course to become Israel’s second king. Here are our picks for the month’s best new offerings.

📎  Yikes, I watched the first episode of Reacher's SEASON 3 = NO more for me.

In my very humble opinion, it has lost the appeal of adventure (him traveling with just the clothes on his back 👍).

NOW about BREAKING every bone in his victim's body. 😱

Oh well, enjoyed SEASON 1 & 2.

Anyone else watch Reacher or anything else on Prime? 🤔

Thanks,

Hi, Nicole!

Currently I'm re-visiting Bates Motel on Prime. (imho one of the best "sequels" to any movie ever!)

I also have these on my Watchlist:

Bohemian Rhapsody (movie)

Edward and Mrs. Simpson

Fargo (movie)

Hell on Wheels

Loved (movie)

Outer Range (current and really, really great show)

Ridley Road

The Pradeeps of Pittsburgh (current)

The Secret Garden (movie)

Weird combo of genres to be sure, but that kinda follows my life experience 😉
