  I have fun when I'm just bored and critique commercials.  Some just have really BAD acting or odd stereotyping and some just have a weird message.   The latest one that drives me nuts is the one for the personal medical alert system.  I also laugh when I notice that it's always a woman cleaning the toilet and on her knees while cleaning it with a long handled brush.  At least they're good for a laugh!  

Watched this on the big screen (with rabbit ears) today. We've made this part of our Thanksgiving tradition (4th Annual), because... It's hilarious! On November 20th, National Absurdity Day reigns supreme. Oddness and weirdness take over. We're not sure why, but it does. Something absurd is extremely silly, ridiculous, or nonsensical. For example, thinking you can wear a bikini and flip flops to the North Pole is an absurd idea. Some synonyms for absurd include:bizarre, foolish, unreal, insane, fantastical, crazy, ridiculous, and strange. Throughout history, bizarre occurrences mark the calendar. This day was created as a day to recall and note some of the entirely off-the-wall and ridiculous things in history, in our country, and in our lives. 'Absurdity Day' is also a day to have fun and do crazy, zany, and absurd things.
