Hi, my name is Ron and I have been sober for  WHOOPS! wrong site!

I live in central Ohio and I have been retired for 4 years. My plan was to put some serious miles on my bicycle but a few detours with the hospital changed the plans. Working now to get back on the bike and enjoy the ride!

my career was in restaurants and retail management.

    Going through another round of physical therapy. Probably will not try to swing a leg over the bike until next spring. I will use fall and winter to build up strength and stamina. Hopefully get on the bike at physical therapy facility.
