AARP is publishing contradictory "FACTS" about FruitSugar.


The AARP "SugarQuiz" says,
"Don't worry about natural sugar in Fruit."


A recent AARP article says, "only certain/few Fruits

can be eaten without concern for SUGAR !!!"

How about AARP address/correct the above ⁉️👀⁉️
