💡   PERSONAL STRENGTHS!!!
For example:

(1) Susan, who loves to learn, read as much as she could about grief to feel prepared for what she might experience.
(2) Norm, who has a flair for writing, began journaling about his grief, which helped him deal with the sense of chaos that grief had created in his life.
(3) Fred, who had always been an organizer/planner, found a strategy that guided how he made changes in his life.
(4) Barbara, who had always enjoyed serving others, looked for ways to reconnect with people who needed help in their lives.

😴   Wishing you guys "rest" when you head to bed TONIGHT!!! Hopefully you were able to find some PEACE today in spite of "missing" the people you lost. Remember, we will see them AGAIN & they are SEEING our "efforts". Efforts of trying to CREATE a life that "honors" our luv ones = WE ARE picking up the pieces with ONE STEP AT A TIME. 👣

I have looked for online (like Zoom or something) grief support groups that meet online at least once per week but have not found any.  Would you please let me know of any?
