Dear @sbaisch , I am so sorry for your loss!!! Individual Counseling helped me to find a balance while I "tried" to move forward. Other group members found support through their church or family and friends. Volunteering is a great way to get out of your 4 walls while adding some value to your life = helping others. We will ALWAYS miss them but as we take 1 step when we can, we are 1 step "closer" to peace of mind. Grief is a JOURNEY. One we all hate to take, but it is part of living. My cat, Mister keeps "reminding" me he needs to eat = my reason for getting up EACH DAY. If it was NOT for him & my daughter, I would stay in bed 24/7. I promised her dad I would carry on & he is trusting me to do this. But we BOTH miss him EVERY DAY. So glad you stopped by & hope you will AGAIN.

Luv,

Nicole 🤗🤗🤗 (Grief Forum)
