Three games do not keep score

Recently, Daily Crossword, Best Crossword Themed, and Fill Ins have stopped keeping my scores.  It doesn’t even show that I have played them.  I still enjoy playing them every morning, but I would like to see my monthly progress.

Thanks

@LynnT487317   I totally understand, I like playing them too! Are you logged in to your account at http://aarp.org?cmp=SNO-LITHIUM---&socialid=15838992038 each morning before you play? You can play some games without logging in or being an AARP member, but you won’t be able to track your top score if you don’t log in. If you still aren't able to see your progress or scores, please reach out in a private message and I'll be happy to look into it for you. Thanks.  Jodee R.

I have the exact same problem, so it is not isolated. Especially with the Daily Crossword, I think you should look into this and resolve it for us. Thanks

I'm sorry to hear the games aren't keeping your scores, @DavidK836536. Make sure you're logged into the website before playing the games, so your scores are tracked. You may try using a different internet browser to see if you have the same problem. If the problem persists on both browsers please send us a private message, and we'd be happy to help you resolve this. Visit https://aarp.info/47hWcl7 for instructions on how to enable private messages. Let me know if that helps!

Are these messages being answered by AI?  After multiple attempts by many people to fix the issue on our end why does something or someone continue to give us the same response.

Hello?  Logging in doesn’t help and no I won’t send you a private message.

Eeesh!  Lol

This problem of unsaved game scores is clearly a bug with the app--one of many. Asking people to contact you individually just shows you don't intend to address the bugs.

I had this problem via Safari. What finally seems to have fixed it is going to:

Safari > Safari Extensions

And after unchecking all the browser extensions, it began working.

At that point I began turning them back on, one each day, to see which was the culprit. But after I turned them all back on, AARP games were still working. So maybe it was just flipping them all off and on (unchecking then checking)  that did it.
