Staying Sharp Games Inaccessible

When I try to get into the Split Words game in Staying Sharp, I keep getting a message to sign in or sign up. I am already signed in and my membership is good until the end of June. I suspect this is a part of AARP's effort to get everyone re-upping their subscription early and switching to automatic renewal, which I find discouraging. Interestingly, I was able to get into some of the other Staying Sharp games without a problem.

Can someone please resolve the problem of accessing the Split Words game on Staying Sharp?

I've been having the same issue for 3 days. Sign in to Member Only games, rotates to sign in. This is very, very annoying.

Seeing all the other people who had this issue, it appears to me to be a systemwide issue, not an issue requiring clearing a cache/cookies or updating browsers. This site should be managed in a way that makes it accessible. Additionally, I shouldn't have to give out my name, address, and email information to get help with this. I am finding the AARP site increasingly poorly maintained. I am quite frustrated!
