You guys sure make it hard to get something fixed. Haven't been getting all points for 2 days some but not all-are you trying to get rid of me?

      @RDP1951 , AARP & Merkle (company who handles the AARP Rewards Program) have been OFF since Friday.

       

      Probably will NOT be back until the Tuesday AFTER Memorial Day.

       

      The Rewards Site is down for ALL members.

      Yup, had the same problem.  & the site was not "down".  They had some maintenance in the middle of the night for a 4 hour window.  On Tuesday, when I contacted customer service via Chat, they had the nerve to say the site was fine, no problems & that I must have been doing something wrong!  (Always their first line of defense) - even thought I told them I kept getting a message saying I'd been awarded points but the system was a little slow & to check back later. Customer service SUCKS on this site. Tell me again why we pay for the privilege of being treated like idiots?
