Quiz system not working points not received.

I'm sorry to hear this happened, especially since this is the second time you've completed a 450-point quiz and didn't receive the points.

If the quiz on stress showed that it was worth 450 points but the points were not added to your account, and you also received an error message when trying to navigate to additional quizzes, we recommend contacting AARP Member Services so they can review your Rewards account activity and determine whether the quiz completion was properly recorded.

When you contact them, it may be helpful to mention the name of the quiz, the date you completed it, and the error message you encountered afterward.

The candy quiz never rewards points.  Took it a few times.  Still says i haven't taken it.

I tried to earn a JCPenney extra credit reward by completing the three required quizzes, but could only complete two with the third quiz indicating that I already played (I did not) and wouldn’t allow me to purchase the JCP for points.  

I did not get points for Outspell just now.  It usually gives points.  The other games that have problems continue to not give points.   This issue has been brought up many times with no resolution. 

I also took a quiz 450 points not received. System indicates I did. Medicare Open Enrollment cannot get the $5 Omaha gc. System says I  completed it. 

The system finally added the credits. Thanks for responding.
