Processing dialogue blocking the credit card OTP screen when trying to purchase gift cards

A “Processing” progress dialogue is blocking my credit card’s OTP verification window and I couldn’t input the OTP I got from my text when attempting to purchase a gift card. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix to this?

I tried using Chrome on PC, Chrome on Mac, and the AARP iphone app. All displayed the same issue.

    On 2nd thought, their Rewards Customer Service would probably be the folks to CALL. Their number is "different" from their regular Customer Service.

    Their number is (866)451-6305.

    They are OPEN Weekdays 8am ET to 8pm ET.

    Thanks! I googled for solution and hid the element on my chrome browser and got through.
