Pre Scam Vulgar Titled emails

All of a sudden I have been getting vulgar titled emails. I have been sending ATT block messages and started getting more. I have not history on my computer or phone for any browsing that is even remotely connected to sex. I am concerned that it is a scam avenue. It also is adding up to alot of time daily blocking these.

Amy suggestions as to what agency I can contact that is trust worthy to help?  I have been an ATt customer for years, but I am thinking of switching to get away from the slutting emails.

    Hi @JoyceG71496

What you're experiencing is a common spam tactic and is not related to your browsing history. Scammers often obtain email addresses through data breaches, purchased lists, or automated harvesting, then send large volumes of unwanted emails.

For trusted guidance, you can contact the AARP Fraud Watch Network Helpline at 877-908-3360. Their trained fraud specialists provide free support, help identify potential scams, and can offer steps to better protect your accounts. The helpline is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.

I hope this helps, and you're certainly not alone in dealing with this frustrating situation.
