Not Receiving Points

Have not received points for completing member crosswords for the past 2 weeks. I contacted AARP vis the chatbot & they were going to award me 600 points. Haven't seen them posted.

      I am having the same issue, but so tired of this happening that I am also too upset to want to report this anymore.  The robot tells me I might not be logged in, but of course I am.

      Same thing happened to me at least 3 times last week. Seems to have been fixed now, as I did get points for 2 crosswords I did over the weekend

        I I too didn’t get points for 3 crossword puzzles on 2 days between 2/27-3/5/26. I just spoke to the AARP Rewards people & they gave me my 450 points on Adjustments (I didn’t remember there was an Adjustments choice under Transactions; they reminded me of that). So, be sure you check your Adjustments!
