No Points on Staying Sharp Videos, Am i the only one?

I'm sorry to hear that. If you completed all three September Extra Credit videos but didn't receive any points or see credit for the activities, we'd recommend contacting AARP Member Services so they can review your Rewards account and activity history.

When you contact them, it may be helpful to provide the names of the videos and the date you completed them. A representative can review your account and determine whether the activities were successfully tracked.

I had the same problem in October with a quiz.  I know It was already marked with a check as completed when the month started.  This is the middle of the month and I still can't get the rewards.  I contacted support at the first of the month and was told IT knew of the problem and they were working on it.  Seems like I have been brushed off with an untrue line again

Hi, I was able to get all of the extra credit reward points for all of the quizes and videos associated.  Are you a paying member of AARP?  These are for Paying members which is one of the perks they say you get for that.
