national hearing test offered in newsletter seems to be a phishing exercise

When you follow the links for the free national hearing test included in the recent newsletter, it requests that you complete a survey and then issues a link to the test, but the link does not work.  So now I am on a email lists for hearing aids I guess.

    Hi, @RobertZ880376. I can understand your concern. Once you complete and submit the questionnaire, you will receive an access code or token on your computer screen.
