My reward points disappeared from my account.

I had over 4,000 points in my account and now I have 105. So I don't know why they fell off or where they're at but I would like to have them back please.

      This is my exact reason I take a screenshot every so often and always before maintenance announcements.  Hoping you get it straightened out by them. What a pain.
