Is the AARP Rewards Program a scam?

Can’t redeem my points so they always expire

        Debbie ​@DebbieR967916 , did you call the AARP Rewards Customer Service? Their number is (866)451-6305. AARP is open weekdays 8am ET to 8pm ET. Closed weekends. I had this issue in 2025 & they fixed it. Good luck, Nicole!

        Have you contacted AARP yet? Some people have had, and continue to have problems with their account.  So just curious if you’ve contacted them.  Screen shot below from Contact Us page if you want.
