Incorrect Info on Personalized Video
My “Personalized Video” has incorrect info. Now this is not a big issue by itself, but it now adds to a growing LIST of issues with the web site/information. In this instance, the video starts by thanking me for being a member for 6 years, when the splash screen still displayed behind clearly indicates that I’ve been a member since year 2000.
(FYI: Separately I’ve posted about being unable to opt out of third-party sharing, due to incorrect email format, which it is not. Also, while I can earn rewards, I cannot redeem them for Sweeps, or Instant Wins resulting in over 50,000 points expiring since April).
