How do I delete messages from my Inbox?

    Thank you for reaching out, @rbmcc. You can delete messages one at a time as you read them, or in bulk from your Inbox. Here's how:

     

    *Click the message count or envelope icon to go to your Private Messages Inbox.
    *To delete a single message, click the message to view it and then click Delete.
    *To delete all messages, click the Options menu and click Delete All.

    When I click on a message nothing happens.  Message doesn't open, computer doesn't attempt to open another site/page.  Placing the cursor over the blue letters (ie, Learn more) the arrow changes to a hand image but nothing happens if I click.
