I just ran into the same issue today,10/5/26.   Re-newed over a month ago and have not received the gift as promised.  Got onto the chat line and rep told me that we have to pro-actively request the free gift.  I said since when?  I told her there was no indication that we have to request this gift and that it is implied that it would be sent when someone joins or re-news.  I said if that was not the case because I had the promo in front of me and there is nothing to indicate that we must, separately, request this gift and if we must then there should be something on the promo that CLEARLY says so.  She is forwarding my request but now I have lost a month waiting for it.  I suggested that she forward my chat to upper management.

It’s been my experience over the years that it can be several weeks.  So much so that I forget about it, and then one day I get a surprise happily out of the blue.  I don’t know how long you’ve been waiting, but I’d give it a month.
