Free gift won’t charge

Hi @DanielS246416   There’s a few discussions about this, take a look on the discussion boards with the search tool.  It looks like a magnifying glass.  Up top.  There’s one for the main site for articles and such and one here for looking up past discussions here in the community.  Use that search magnifying glass tool for the community discussion boards..  From what I remember people were able to solve this question.  I just don’t remember the answer!  Good luck with it. 🙂
